Most IAESTE internships lie within the STEM study fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) but you can likewise offer jobs in other fields, for example in economy.
We see it as one of our core competencies that you can decide for yourself which projects or assignments you want to hire a trainee for and thus get a tailor-made and motivated trainee. Therefore, you can determine your own requirements regarding study direction and level, language skills and other prerequisites that are inevitable for the internship to become a success for both the intern and you as the company.
